Pay: $26.84/hour

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Cell Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a strong team, as well as ensuring the productivity of operations and quality of products.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Welcome, train, inspire, and coach all employees to increase Safety, Quality, and Production
• Train and coach and hold team accountable for Safety, Quality and Daily Production Metrics
• First response for abnormalities
• Achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) goals in a cell
• Through Continuous Improvement, create a more robust training program that creates highly motivated operators faster and who are better equip to operator and troubleshoot the lines.
• Cover line operator absences to meet demand and minimize OT
• Be willing to conduct basic conflict resolutions within your team
• Teach, Audit, and Follow standard work
• Assist Team Leader with communications and priority setting
• Fill in for Team Leader absences
• Execute processes to Implement improvements
• Coach problem solving
• Must be willing and able to learn all lines in the plant and work in other areas
• Must be able to work overtime

Qualifications

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of production experience.
• In-depth knowledge of bag conversion applications.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude.

Icing on the cake:

• Prior experience leading others.
• Experience working in the Consumer Product Goods industry.
