Pay: Starting at $22.77/hour
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Data Entry, you will take responsibility for input of data in the computer systems; including SAP, Ignition, and various spreadsheets
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Involved in the process of verifying all production data.
- Review discrepancies as a result of incorrect entry of production data.
- Release of Production Orders & printing of SUs, side orders and Dockets.
- Responsible to keep the correct amount of hours/orders on each machine.
- Update information on machines – status of availability, problems, etc..
- Clerical work – filing etc..
- Generate summary reports as assigned.
- Full understanding of Ignition.
- Ability to teach, fix and solve problems in ignition
- Resource for Ignition.
- Full understanding of SAP.
- Ability to teach, fix and solve problems in SAP.
- Resource for SAP.
- Responsible for quality holds on shift.
- Ability to place product on hold.
- Coordinate with shipping on getting product returned to manufacturing.
- Help with disposition of product – scrapping, repacking etc.
- Make sure that all holds have appropriate paperwork done on them and are resolved within the allotted time period.
- Give breaks in production as needed.
- Ability to use time wisely and to use discretionary time for value added tasks.
- Responsible to train a back up and keep team leaders and shift leader aware of any role changes.
- Maintain a binder for all of the SWPs for the data entry role.
- Basic computer literacy which includes ability to work in Windows environment, Ignition environment, Word and Excel environments, SAP and Outlook.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- Demonstrate appropriate verbal skills evaluated through interview process.
- Basic understanding of plant operations, product types, and identification labels.
- Demonstrated basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculations).
- Demonstrated written and verbal skills appropriate for dealing with team members.
- Demonstrated computer literacy to include: Ignition, SAP and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, develop, and maintain knowledge and skill development appropriate to job assignment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and to be self driven and motivated.
- Competent, caring attitude.
Icing on the cake:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
