We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator - GeoWeb-K shift at our Manufacturing Plant in Weyauwega, WI.
ROTATING SHIFT HOURS
(12 Hour Shift)
Responsibilities
The Machine Operator 1 – GeoWeb-K shift maintains the GEOSYSTEM process by producing, inspecting, and packing products that meet established quality standards. Operates and monitors process equipment to maximize efficiency while identifying and addressing routine equipment issues and product defects. Reads and follows job orders and product specifications, completes required production documentation, and performs safety and quality checks. Maintains a clean and organized work area and supports other production activities as needed to sustain safe, efficient, and consistent operations.

Production Operations
- Operate and monitor GEOSYSTEM process equipment to maintain efficient production and consistent product quality.
- Inspect finished products for appearance, weight, color, and other defects before packing to ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Read and follow job orders and product specifications to support accurate production.
- Perform safety and quality checks to maintain safe operations and product compliance.
Equipment Support
- Troubleshoot GEOSYSTEM process equipment and perform minor non-electrical maintenance to support reliable production.
- Support equipment including sheet processing, welding, conveying, grinding, and sawing operations to maintain production continuity.
Documentation and Work Area
- Complete daily production reports accurately to maintain required production records.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area through daily housekeeping to support safe and efficient operations.
Team Support
- Assist with other production assignments, duties, and projects as needed to support operational requirements.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to locate, read, and understand product specifications and job orders.
- Ability to monitor product quality and identify defects.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform minor non-electrical maintenance.
- Ability to maintain accurate production records and follow safety and quality requirements.
