    We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator - RPP Destructive Tester at our Manufacturing Plant in Weyauwega, WI.

    ROTATING SHIFT HOURS

    (12 Hour Shift)

    Responsibilities

    The RPP Destructive Tester operates the RPP production line and performs destructive testing to support consistent product quality, safe operations, and compliance with established standards. The position manages production materials, maintains accurate operating and testing records, and identifies quality or equipment issues requiring immediate attention. The role works independently and collaboratively to maintain efficient production flow, accurate inventory, reliable testing results, and safe operating conditions while supporting additional testing needs based on team requirements.

    Production Operations

    • Operate the RPP line through the production cycle to maintain safe, efficient, and consistent production.
    • Load and change scrap spools and soft scrap to support uninterrupted line operation and production efficiency.
    • Organize and store soft scrap, scrap rolls, and finished pellet boxes to maintain orderly material flow and inventory control.
    • Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning to support reliable operation and safe working conditions.
    • Complete required production records and processes accurately to maintain operational accountability and documentation.

    Destructive Testing

    • Collect rolls designated for destructive testing and ensure samples are properly labeled and documented to preserve testing accuracy and traceability.
    • Conduct destructive tests on designated rolls according to established procedures to evaluate product quality and performance.
    • Complete required testing documentation accurately and promptly to support quality compliance and reliable records.
    • Identify testing issues and immediately activate the help chain to support prompt resolution and safe operations.

    Team Support

    • Perform limited tensile testing as needed to support team work design and testing requirements.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience

    Required

    • High school diploma or GED.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately.
    • Effective organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Knowledge of safety practices applicable to a manufacturing environment.
