A Operator- Fenmoor Golf Course

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Maintenance on all ornamental plantings, ex: fertilizing, watering and pruning
• Installation of plant material
• Spray/record all chemicals
• Maintain mulch/pine straw areas
• Operates small equipment
• Operates construction equipment (ex: loader/backhoe)
• Supervise crew as required
• Works some weekends

Safety Requirements: 

• Performs job responsibilities and operates equipment according to the company safety and training programs.
• Uses personal protective equipment as trained and required.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Reports safety or hazard concerns to management.
• Reports any on the job injury to management.
• Takes personal responsibility for safety every day.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or landscape installation required
• Knowledge of plant material
• Physically able to bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods
• Must be able to perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather conditions.
