Sales Support Associate (Bahamas)

The role of the Sales Support Associate is to provide initial client contact and administrative support for RF Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the client experience through positive telephone, email and in-person encounters
• Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisory Team

• Manage End to End client account opening, KYC and maintenance processes
• Triage and escalate client contact to the appropriate department or personnel

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• Series 7 Certification or Canadian Securities Certificate is a strong asset
• Minimum of 3 years Client Services or Administrative experience

• Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written & Interpersonal)
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Knowledge of Banking KYC/AML requirements is an asset

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Ability to work in a high paced, client facing environment with little supervision
