Coordinate shipment bookings and ensure accurate rates, consolidation, and routing in line with operational procedures.
Maintain proactive communication with clients and suppliers and provide high-quality customer service by effectively supporting customers with their international shipping requirements.
First point of contact for claim management
Monitor and track shipments while maintaining regular communication with carriers, overseas offices, and customers regarding status updates and delivery requirements.
Process supplier invoices related to ocean freight operations and support financial administration activities.
Maintain supplier relationships with shipping lines, carriers, trucking companies, and other logistics service providers
