Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs blocking and forming activities as part of the production process.
- Operates blocking equipment and uses established techniques to form hats to required production standards.
- Follows established production methods, safety procedures, and direction from supervisors or leads.
- Identifies and communicates equipment, material, safety, or process concerns.
- Meets established productivity, attendance, and work performance expectations.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Works collaboratively with supervisors, leads, and coworkers to support production workflow.
- Learns and performs related production activities as operational needs change.
- Performs other related duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
