Overview
Richdale Apartments is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of a luxury apartment community. The position involves groundskeeping, landscaping, cleaning, light maintenance, and providing excellent service to residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, attractive, and well-maintained apartment grounds and buildings.
- Perform landscaping duties such as planting, weeding, and general grounds care.
- Pick up and remove trash and maintain clean common areas.
- Assist with general pool and outdoor-area maintenance.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, including touch-up painting and changing light bulbs.
- Wash first-floor windows and assist with other cleaning duties.
- Identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and report them appropriately.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to residents and visitors.
- Work independently and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a professional team environment.
- Perform other groundskeeping and maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- At least one year of basic maintenance, groundskeeping, or general labor experience preferred.
