Store Manager - Orland Park, IL. Store Managers are the point of contact with customers, delivering courteous service to all customers while maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and fellow employees. Job duties include: Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly courteous manner while working the checkout station. Scheduling Sales Associates to ensure that Store is properly staffed at all times Opening Store daily, ensuring cash is handled securely and reconciling end of day balances.
Stocking and maintaining merchandise displays in the store. Prepare and maintain coffee stations and fresh food and drink stations. Keep all areas of the stores and gas pump areas neat and clean. Working well with others - "Do unto others as you would have done for yourself"
