Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training and a normalized high school experience, our youth women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.
Pay: Starting at $58,656 per year.

What you will do: As the Group Supervisor you will be responsible for the implementation of operational programing and supervision of assigned staff such as Youth Counselors, Night Youth Counselors, etc. to ensure the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program.
To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age ~ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Internal applicants must possess 1-year Direct Care experience~ Must have completed Youth Care 101 and ROP Essential Subjects Training in Operations, Treatment and Human Resources ~ External candidates must have 1-year prior experience working with at-risk youth. Must complete Youth Care 101 Training as well as Operations, Treatment, and Human Resources Essentials Subjects Training within three months of placement in this position ~Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
