Are you a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) ready to make a significant impact in the field of cardiothoracic surgery? Position Highlights:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 3 MD’s and 2 APPs.
• First Assist in OR, Conduct Inpatient Rounding, Discharges, and Consults.
• Vein Harvesting experience preferred
• CT-Surgery experience preferred
• Participate in rotating call schedule
• Requirement: PA, Acute Care NP, or FNP’s currently working in an inpatient setting

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $126,131.20 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
