Position Summary:
As a Courtesy Patrol you will contribute to the seamless operation of the Resort through exceptional customer service. Greet guests and residents warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the resort. Engage in prompt yet courteous interactions with all residents and guests, maintaining a hospitable and professional demeanor at all times. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
Escort arriving guests to their sites, assisting with parking to prevent damage to resort property. Report departures to the main office in a timely manner, including meter readings. Monitor compliance with the Resort's rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Report rule infractions to management, providing notices to guests as necessary. Additional duties as assigned
