    About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The PeopleX (People Experience) team's mission is to build a high-performance culture and enhance employee experience by driving impactful programs, hiring top talent, and enabling community across Robinhood.

As a People Partner Intern, you'll work on meaningful projects that support our People team's strategy—bringing insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace!

This role is based in our New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

    What you'll do

    • Support key PeopleX initiatives, including business support and program delivery
    • Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities
    • Partner with COEs across PX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems
    • Contribute to a strong, inclusive employee experience by helping deliver meaningful internal programs

    What you bring

    • Currently enrolled in a full-time graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field; prior HR experience (internship, co-op, or similar) preferred
    • Curious and energized by a fast-paced environment centered on learning and contributing
    • Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for project coordination
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
    • Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus

    What we offer

    • Market competitive compensation structure
    • Quarterly lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more
    • Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not
    • Time away including company holidays, paid time off, and sick time
    • Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefits
