Job description

Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of department.
Ensures that all direct reports follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and safety practices.
Train and supervises Team Members on correct procedures to be used when making maintenance repairs.
Monitor all production and plant utilities’ equipment efficiencies.
Supervise, develop and train Team Members on best maintenance practices.
Ensure daily preventative maintenance routing sheets are completed.
And, any additional duties that may be assigned by Management.
