Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record as an investment banking Analyst to join the Investment Banking team. As part of the team, the Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions; divestitures and spin-off engagements; capital-raising (debt and equity); special committee engagements; direct investments and co-investments; and, more broadly, evaluation of strategic alternatives.
The Analyst will be an ambitious self-starter with a proven record of creative and resourceful problem solving. The candidate will be interested in a career in investment banking and eager to learn. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $110,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
