Job Summary

The VP of Sales will lead Rocket55's sales function: recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a team responsible for new business development and account growth. This is an opportunity to build upon a small team to create a real function with lasting ownership of pipeline strategy, sales process, and results. You'll work closely with Rocket55's strategy, paid media, SEO and AI search, social, web, creative, and sales enablement teams, and you'll champion Rocket55's strategy-first selling approach: understanding a prospect's business before recommending channels, rather than jumping straight to tactics.
