About the Team
Join an international, highly skilled team developing innovative manufacturing solutions for cutting-edge aerospace applications. In this role, you will contribute directly to the production of high-precision components and support the successful realization of both prototype and production hardware.

Your Tasks
- Create and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and drilling operations on high-precision components
- Develop CAM programs using Hypermill based on technical drawings, CAD models, and manufacturing requirements
- Select appropriate tooling, machining strategies, and cutting parameters to ensure quality, efficiency, and machine utilization
- Support the development of manufacturing processes for new parts, prototypes, and process improvements
- Plan and prepare manufacturing orders while coordinating with engineering and production teams
- Validate machining programs, perform process analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and the reliable operation of manufacturing equipment
Your Qualifications
Must-Have
- Several years of hands-on experience in CNC programming for milling, turning, or multi-axis machining centers
- Strong experience creating CAM programs using Hypermill
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD data, and manufacturing specifications
- Experience programming and optimizing complex, tight-tolerance components
- Solid understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and manufacturing best practices
- Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
- Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the aerospace industry or other high-precision manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting prototype manufacturing activities
- Continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with CAD systems and engineering collaboration workflows
- Experience in production planning or manufacturing preparation
