About the Team
Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as a Stage Assembly & Integration Technician (f/m/d). This is your opportunity to be closely involved in the challenging development of prototypes and time- and cost-critical test campaigns. Do you enjoy working in a committed, dynamic, and international environment? Do you want to revolutionize space travel in New Space? Then you've come to the right place.
Your Tasks
- Set up, adjust and operate CNC machines to perform a variety of milling, drilling, boring, turning or related operations to close tolerances
- CNC-controlled metal processing of individual or series parts
- CNC-post-processing of 3D-printed parts
- Perform inspection, preventative maintenance and ensure machines are operating optimally
Your Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship in a technical field
- 3+ year work experience with CNC controlled lathes and milling machines
- Experience with the following controllers: Siemens 840D and Heidenhain TNC 426
- Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
- Ability to machine complex and high tolerance components
- Strong quality awareness, technical understanding and self-independent and a structured way of working
- High motivation, ability to work in a team and drive to jump-in and help wherever needed
