Order Management Representative

Job Title: Order Management Representative Job Classification: Regular, Full Time Job Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt Department: Customer Service Reports To: Customer Support Manager Position Summary The Order Management Representative is responsible for effectively processing and managing customer orders from the time they are received until the product ships. The Order Management Representative monitors order entry inventory levels, tracks customer pre-books and forecasts compared with actual orders, and ensures special customer requirements are accurate, current, and are properly being tracked.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) Responsible for processing new orders, update any changes and special shipping requirements is assigned system to facilitate shipping of products. Manage any order shipment changes and communicate information to other departments such as Transportation, Sales, Operations, etc. Responsible for managing all order information by utilizing order management system tools provided via system or hard copy.

Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
