The Senior Transportation Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for managing transportation projects, developing and maintaining client relationships, supporting business growth, and leading and developing staff in Colorado Springs and throughout Southern Colorado. This position provides technical and project leadership while identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand RockSol/Egis' transportation services and strengthen relationships with public- and private-sector clients.
Working collaboratively with leadership and technical teams across RockSol and Egis, the Senior Transportation Manager oversees the successful delivery of transportation projects, supports staffing and resource planning, mentors and develops employees, and contributes to strategic growth initiatives.
