We are seeking a high-performing Division Director of Accounting & Finance to lead and grow a top-producing sales team within a fast-paced, results-driven staffing environment. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and developing a high-performing sales organization focused on temporary and contract accounting & finance placements.
Responsibilities
- Own division-level revenue targets, forecasting, and overall performance
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand existing client relationships and win new business
- Drive consistent activity standards, pipeline management, and conversion metrics across the team
- Partner with senior leadership on market strategy, hiring, and organizational growth
- Maintain a strong presence in the market through client meetings, networking, and business development
- Ensure best practices in recruiting, delivery, and candidate experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales
- Proven track record of billing success and leadership in a high-performance environment
- Experience managing or mentoring teams in a sales-driven setting
- Strong understanding of temporary/contract staffing models
- Excellent communication, coaching, and client relationship skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven culture
