- Collaborate with business development teams on proposal development and project interviews
- Ensure timely scheduling and execution of all project meetings and planning phases
- Assist project superintendents with risk management and strategic project planning
- Monitor and ensure all safety protocols are implemented and maintained at job sites
- Facilitate effective communication of project schedules to subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage subcontract and vendor relationships to support smooth construction operations
