At Röhlig Netherlands, approximately 25 people work across two locations in Rotterdam and Hoofddorp.

For our Sea Freight team in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Sea Freight Export Forwarder to coordinate export shipments from start to finish.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and administratively process sea freight export shipments from start to finish.
• Monitor shipments closely and keep customers informed by telephone and email.
• Request, check, book and invoice costs in CargoWise One.
• Request and process transport and customs documentation.
• Arrange transport and align delivery instructions and special requirements.
• Coordinate with agents, suppliers and internal departments.

What you bring:

• At least two years of experience as a sea freight forwarder, preferably in export.
• Experience managing files from start to finish, including invoicing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive, flexible and service-oriented approach.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of relevant sea freight and logistics legislation and regulations.
• Experience with CargoWise One is an advantage.
