As Consulting Intern you will be part of our AI & Data team at RB Digital. Combining business insights with the latest quantitative methods, we help our clients across all industries to solve problems in a data-driven way.

You will work as a full member of consulting project teams that focus on using data to solve real business problems. Your tasks will include performing advanced analytics, helping to develop practical solutions for clients, and creating clear visual summaries of your results. You will use your findings to help shape important business decisions and share your results directly with the client. In this role, you will be involved in both the technical side of working with AI & data and the business side of strategy consulting.

We especially encourage women and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to apply. We believe diverse perspectives drive innovation and better outcomes - for our clients, our team, and society.

    Your tasks will be

    • Support quantitative aspects of strategy consulting projects from market sizing and customer segmentation to pricing and optimization
    • Collaborate on the development of predictive models, KPI frameworks, and dashboards that inform client decisions
    • Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops and executive presentations
    • Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to our clients
    • Contribute to cross-functional project teams, bringing together analytics, consulting, and industry expertise
    • Currently enrolled in a quantitative or business degree with an analytical focus, such as Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field
    • Practical experience with machine-learning applications and data visualizations (e.g., Power BI)
    • Good command in at least one programming language (preferably Python)
    • Abilities handling large volumes of data (e.g., Azure, Databricks, SQL)
    • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit
    • Strong communication skills, especially the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to a non-technical audience
    • Excellent English and German skills
