Roll-Lift USA, Inc. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assumes responsibility for ensuring the effective on-site management of company operations
- Supervises daily operational activities for assigned work areas (job site or in the yard working on equipment)
- Ensures work activities are performed in a safe, productive, and efficient manner
- Reviews pre-job system evaluations daily to ensure all hazards are identified and mitigated
- Ensures all required paperwork including but not limited to; time sheets including job numbers, inspections, maintenance requests, etc. are completed and submitted in a timely manner with any required company and or client signatures
- Represents the company as a liaison to help resolve customer, employee, or contractor concerns professionally.
- Ensures all site rules are communicated to employees and always adhered to
- Ability to assist engineering with project solutions and read all engineered drawings
- 2 years of minimum experience in a similar supervisory role within the industry or related industry
- A strong knowledge of hydraulic skidding systems and gantry systems (functions, capabilities, and standards)
- 3-5 years of experience in transport operations, rigging operations and equipment. Excellent communications and situational awareness skills
- Knowledge and competency related to transportation under regional governing agencies
- Valid driver’s license through local jurisdiction
- Meet all requirements as stated in the company competence and training matrix.
