Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, in Richmond Virginia, is seeking a full time Instructional Assistant for the 2026-27 school year. Our Lady of Lourdes School creates disciples of Christ through rigorous curriculum and instruction using 21st century learning techniques. The ideal candidate is an energetic and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with children in the early pre-elementary years (ages 4-5).
This position requires at a minimum a high school diploma, and experience working in an educational setting is highly preferred. Successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to Catholic education, superior communication skills both written and spoken, superior interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and flexibility, and are hardworking, collaborative team players.
This is a full-time, hourly, 10-month position Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
