St. Edward-Epiphany Catholic School in Chesterfield, Virginia, is seeking a part-time Instructional Aide to support our students and teachers in a positive, faith-filled learning environment.
Hours: 7:50am -12:00pm
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support teachers in fostering students’ academic, social, and personal growth.
- Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional activities and lesson implementation.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students as directed by the classroom teacher.
- Prepare classroom materials, resources, and instructional displays.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and other activities as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, respectful, and welcoming learning environment.
- Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating professionalism and actively supporting the mission and values of St. Edward-Epiphany Catholic School.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children; experience in an educational setting is preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, responsible, and able to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
