The Operations Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and supports the daily operations of WHOM. Responsibilities include supply chain and inventory, donation processing, warehouse logistics, transportation, and operational support for food distribution and organizational activities. The Coordinator works with staff and volunteers to ensure food, supplies, equipment, and other resources are received, organized, documented, and available when needed. Flexibility to support distributions and organizational events outside regular business hours is required.
Hours 8:30 - 4:30 pm, after hours or weekend work possible for special event preparation.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate all WHOM vehicles.
· Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
· Ability to accurately enter and maintain information in electronic tracking systems.
· Dependable, punctual, willing to learn, and able to work independently while following direction from the Operations Manager.
· Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing stairs.
· Ability to lift food boxes and supplies weighing 40+ pounds and move wheeled bins weighing up to 400+ pounds with appropriate assistance.
· Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, food service, nonprofit, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
