Roanoke Catholic School is seeking a qualified Head Track Coach to oversee the school’s track program.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the track program.
- Plan, organize, and conduct practices, meets, competitions, and appropriate offseason development activities.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes.
- Foster a positive and competitive culture that reflects the mission and values of Roanoke Catholic School.
- Collaborate with school administration, athletic department staff, parents, and community supporters.
- Ensure compliance with VISAA, BRAC, and school policies and procedures.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of high school, collegiate, or comparable track coaching experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes
- Commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Successful completion of required background screenings.
- VIRTUS certification (or willingness to obtain)
