Learning Content Developer (6 Month FTC)

We're looking for a Learning Content Developer to help build knowledge, confidence, and capability across Rotork by transforming technical information about our Service business into impactful digital learning content.

Working with subject matter experts and stakeholders globally, you'll design and develop learning solutions that support our people in understanding and effectively promoting Rotork Service products and solutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and recommend effective solutions
• Design and develop engaging digital learning content covering Rotork Service products, operations, and key business areas
• Create eLearning modules tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, alongside videos and supporting resources.
• Develop assessments, scenarios, and knowledge checks to reinforce learning
• Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder sign-off
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure content is relevant for diverse audiences
• Review and update existing learning materials to maintain accuracy and effectiveness

• Proven ability to take technical concepts and simplify them into tangible sales messaging and behaviours
• Successful working with SME’s and business stakeholders across a global footprint
• Proven ability to manage projects and balance multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively at multiple leadership levels within the business up to and including board level stakeholders
