This form helps us understand who you are, what you care about, and why this opportunity matters to you. It isn’t a test, but we do ask you to answer with thought and intention. Your responses help us see whether this programme is the right fit for you.
Each cohort has limited spots, so we’re looking for people who show genuine commitment, curiosity, and drive. We receive many applications, so take your time and make yours stand out - be thoughtful, be real, and share what truly excites you about this opportunity.
If you’ve got a spark of potential and a desire to explore the creative industries with the support of a mentor, you’re in the right place.
This program exists to support people from less privileged backgrounds, underserved and/or underrepresented groups. This is therefore a key consideration in our selection process. Please bare this in mind when choosing to apply.
To join the programme, you must meet the following criteria. Please note that we verify these during the selection process.
You are between 18 and 26 years old and looking for a mentor to help you navigate the creative industries.
You are not a Soho House member.
You can commit fully to the programme. The programme runs for 16 weeks*, and all mentees are required to:
Attend every scheduled session at Soho House Amsterdam.
Meet with their mentor on a bi-weekly basis (timings agreed together).
Attendance at all programme events is a requirement for taking part. Please check the dates carefully to make sure you can attend before applying. Dates for 2027 to be announced.
