You'll operate state-of-the-art CNC machinery to cut and shape materials with precision, ensuring every product meets quality standards and customer specifications.  In this role, you'll read and interpret blueprints, set up and monitor CNC equipment, perform quality inspections, and help maintain a safe and efficient production environment. If you enjoy working with advanced manufacturing technology, take pride in producing accurate work, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you.

    What You'll Do

    • Operate CNC machinery to accurately cut, shape, and fabricate materials for custom kitchen and bath products.

    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production specifications.

    • Measure and inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

    • Set up, adjust, and monitor CNC machines, tooling, and cutting parameters for optimal performance.

    • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

    • Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.

    • Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production goals and delivery deadlines.

    • Maintain accurate production records and promptly communicate equipment issues, quality concerns, or delays.

    • Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

    • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience operating CNC saws or other CNC fabrication equipment.

    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail and quality.

    • Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup is preferred.

    • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Strong communication and organizational skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

    • Education & Experience Required

    • High school diploma or GED.

    • At least one year of experience operating CNC machinery, preferably in the stone, countertop, cabinetry, or related manufacturing industry.

    • Preferred
