The Role

Royal Baths Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background supporting customers in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or production environment. This position plays a critical role in managing customer relationships, processing orders, coordinating with operations, and ensuring a high level of service throughout order fulfillment. This role is a hybrid and requires at minimum 1 or 2 days in the office. 

• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process purchase orders and enter orders accurately into company systems.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, scheduling, accounting, and field teams.
• Provide order updates, resolve customer concerns, and maintain customer records.
• Support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, or related environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer service communications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be available to work from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
