    European Product Change Planning Deployment Lead (f/m/x)

    The Product Change Planning Deployment Lead enables the successful transformation of Royal Canin's portfolio by ensuring Planning & Master Data are ready to support every business change. Through effective coordination, governance and cross-functional collaboration, the role translates project requirements into operational readiness, ensuring innovation and transformation initiatives are delivered efficiently, consistently and with minimal disruption to the business.

    What will be your responsibilities?

    Project Deployment & Portfolio Design:

    Lead the Recap Langue exercise for a defined portfolio of projects, determining the optimal product configuration by balancing commercial objectives, operational efficiency, manufacturing capabilities and regulatory requirements.

    • Define SKU architecture, route-to-market and language-on-pack strategy.
    • Evaluate portfolio design options and recommend the most efficient and sustainable solution.
    • Ensure alignment with Planning & Master Data processes.
    • Support Planning & Master Data deliverables related to D4C transition projects.

    Planning & Master Data Project Leadership:

    Lead the Planning & Master Data workstream across innovation, portfolio evolution and transformation projects, ensuring effective coordination and successful delivery.

    • Represent Planning & Master Data within cross-functional project teams.
    • Define deliverables, governance, milestones and implementation timelines.
    • Coordinate key stakeholders and manage risks and dependencies.
    • Ensure Planning & Master Data readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

    Planning & Master Data Deployment:

    Coordinate Planning & Master Data activities across the project portfolio, ensuring timely execution and delivery of project commitments.

    • Coordinate Planning and Master Data deliverables across relevant teams.
    • Support prioritization of activities and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress, delivery risks and capacity constraints.
    • Validate deliverables and provide visibility on key project updates.

    Portfolio Governance, Capability & Continuous Improvement:

    Drive continuous improvement of Planning deployment methodologies, governance and team capabilities.

    • Maintain and improve Recap Langue methodologies and decision frameworks.
    • Develop and update standards, processes and documentation.
    • Capture lessons learned and promote best practices across the team.
    • Support onboarding, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve execution efficiency.

    What are we looking for?

    • 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Product Deployment, Master Data or Project Management within an FMCG or complex manufacturing environment.
    • Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
    • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
    • French is an advantage.
