📍 Location: Aspire at Church Street, Norfolk, VA
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

What You'll Own in This Role:
· Be the standard for cleanliness and curb appeal across grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
· Serve as the community's first line of awareness, spotting and reporting concerns before they become problems
· Bring professionalism and positivity to every interaction, every single day
· Take safety seriously and hold the community to the highest standards
· Wow residents with customer service that goes above and beyond
· Embrace company values and bring your best self to work, while growing your skills along the way

What You Bring to the Table:

Education:
· High school diploma or GED required

Experience:
· 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
· Hands-on experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a bonus
· A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your time and work independently

Skills & Certifications:
· Valid Driver's License required
