Operations Clerk

• Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
• Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
• Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
• Responsible for maintaining department files
• May assist with production planning and special projects

• Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Basic knowledge of Google Applications
• Preferred previous data entry
• Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills must be excellent

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $17.00- $24.40/ hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
