At Flint Group, our Studio brings stories to life through video, photography, and content built for wherever our clients’ audiences are. We’re looking for a versatile Content Producer with strong video production capabilities, solid photography skills, and the flexibility to take on projects of all sizes.
You’ll work across the production process, from planning and client coordination to shooting and post-production, on everything from interview-driven brand stories and commercial productions to photography and fast-turn social content.
What You’ll Do
- Produce video and photography projects from pre-production through final delivery.
- Develop production plans, schedules, shot lists, and other materials to set projects up for success.
- Coordinate with clients, account and creative teams, crew members, talent, locations, and vendors.
- Conduct or support interviews with executives, employees, customers, and other on-camera subjects.
- Capture professional-quality video and still photography in studio and on location, including lighting interviews and brand-focused productions.
- Partner with Flint’s social team on small-scale shoots, short-form video, photography, editing, and other fast-turn content.
- Edit video for a variety of platforms and create or adapt basic motion graphics and titles as needed.
- Organize and manage footage, photography, and other production assets.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams throughout production.
- Determine the right production approach based on the project, timeline, and budget, whether that means working independently or with a larger crew.
- Travel frequently for client projects, potentially several times per month, including occasional early mornings, evenings, overnight stays, and extended production days.
What You Bring
- Professional video production experience within an agency, production company, in-house creative team, or similar environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video production and photography capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
- Experience operating professional video, cinema, or mirrorless camera systems and lighting interview-style productions.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom, plus working knowledge of After Effects.
- Working knowledge of audio recording, media management, color correction, and post-production finishing.
- Strong organization and the ability to balance multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and on-camera subjects.
- Creative judgment, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach when production needs change.
- Ability to work independently on smaller assignments and collaboratively on larger productions.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Experience with Canon and RED camera systems, interview-driven storytelling, testimonials, commercial or documentary-style production, directing on-camera subjects, and social-first content is a plus.
