With the resources of a physician-led, fully integrated health system, you will shape the future of musculoskeletal healthcare in New York.

    Your Impact

As an integral part of our orthopedic team, you will:

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • A Vision for Excellence: You’re passionate about improving outcomes and advancing care for patients with complex joint conditions.
    • Subspecialty Expertise: Fellowship training in adult reconstruction is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to manage primary and revision total joint cases.
    • Board Certification/Eligibility: You are board-certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery, with plans to certify within five years of hire.
    • Collaboration and Leadership: You excel in working with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring future orthopedic surgeons.

    The Rewards of Joining RRH

    • Impactful Compensation: A highly competitive salary, including sign-on bonuses and performance incentives tied to patient outcomes.
    • Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a defined pension plan, fully covered relocation package, and paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
