Otolaryngology – Redefine Patient Care in the Finger Lakes Region

Rochester Regional Health | Eastern Region (Clifton Springs, Canandaigua, Newark)

At Rochester Regional Health, we’re redefining what it feels like to build a rewarding, community-centered Otolaryngology practice. Our Eastern Region ENT team is a longstanding, well-respected group with a strong referral base—where physicians enjoy meaningful work, supportive colleagues, and a pace of life that lets you actually breathe.

If you’re looking for a role that blends autonomy with the stability of a fully integrated health system, you’ll find it here.

Why Otolaryngologists Choose RRH’s Eastern Region

    • Well-established community practice: Join a cohesive team of two experienced ENT physicians serving a thriving, loyal patient base that has grown steadily for more than 25 years.

    • Broad, diverse clinical mix: Enjoy a true general ENT practice with the flexibility to incorporate your clinical interests.

    • Modern surgical environment: Newly refurbished operating rooms and access to advanced technologies—including a surgical robot—support high-quality care.

    • Integrated support: Experienced APPs, full audiology services, and strong systemwide referral relationships through the RRH ENT/Head & Neck Division.

    • Lifestyle built in: Practice in the Finger Lakes region—one of New York’s most scenic areas—offering lakefront living, wineries, outdoor recreation, and an easy commute to Rochester.

    What You Can Expect

    • Status: Full-time Otolaryngology position

    • Location: Eastern Region (Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic, with offices in Canandaigua and Newark)

    • Call: Shared schedule (1:3)

    • Practice Setting: Three outpatient clinic locations with large growth potential

    • Team: Robust support from APPs and audiology; collaborative culture across the RRH system

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Three-year salary guarantee + performance incentives

    • $50,000 Sign-On bonus

    • Loan repayment / loan forgiveness programs

    • Fully covered corporate relocation services

    • Enriched benefits, including 401(k) match

    • CME funds and dedicated time off

    • H-1B visa sponsorship available

A Role Centered on What Matters

This opportunity is ideal for an Otolaryngologist who values:

    • A balanced surgical and clinical practice

    • A strong, trusted community patient base

    • Supportive colleagues and a team-first culture

    • Stability without sacrificing autonomy

    • The chance to build a long-term, meaningful practice in a growing region

If you’re looking for a place where you can practice broad-based ENT, shape your work in a way that feels sustainable, and live in one of New York’s most beautiful regions—We’re Here for It.
