Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Microsoft Business Central Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365 Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
• Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)
• Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Microsoft Business Central clients Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Business Central certified a plus
• Experience with Scribe a plus
• SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
