You Will:
- Identify new sales opportunities across brands and agencies and convert them into RTB House customers;
- Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close;
- Partner with technical and account management teams;
- Execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures;
- Create formal offers and present them to potential customers;
- Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction;
- Report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers;
- Represent RTB House in Conferences;
- Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions.
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge in sales frameworks and techniques;
- Experience in managing B2B relationships - preferably in advertising industry;
- It's necessary to be available to go to the office in Mexico city once a quarter;
- Native in Spanish with fluency in English (C1 level);
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Interest in digital marketing/ e-commerce;
- Preferably experienced working in programmatic marketing environment;
- A curious spirit and a desire to constantly improve and refine business development tactics and strategies;
- Multi-tasking, high energy, resourcefulness;
- Positive, can-do attitude.
