Motion Graphics Designer, Video Ads

Rubbrband is a creative agency producing high quality video advertisements for a new generation of brands. Built by a team of creatives from Hollywood, we bring that level of production to fast growing companies. In your first month, you will own a client facing project end to end. For this role, you can expect to: * Design and produce motion graphics for video animations * Animate typography, graphic elements, and visual assets to support creative concepts * Collaborate with creative leads, designers, editors, and producers to deliver motion work aligned with brand guidelines and project goals * Translate creative briefs and static designs into storyboards, style frames, animatics, and final animations * Prepare production-ready assets and refine motion deliverables through feedback and revision rounds
