We are now growing our team and looking for an Account Manager ready to own a portfolio of accounts, primarily across Central Europe, in a strong, international studio with a product that's making waves worldwide.
- Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of accounts, including meeting revenue targets and reporting monthly on performance and forecasts
- Build and execute account plans that grow long-term share of wallet and customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on our gaming solutions, and ensure delivery matches their needs and timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and decision-makers at casino operators
- Represent RubyPlay at major industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
- Account management experience gained within the iGaming industry
- A track record of growing key accounts and hitting revenue targets
- Experience promoting casino games B2B, with a solid understanding of the iGaming industry and slots specifically
- Experience building relationships up to C-level at casino operators
- Advanced, near-native English
- Experience representing a company at trade shows, exhibitions, or industry conferences, and comfortable with frequent travel
What you'll tackle early on:
- Getting used to working fully remote and finding your own rhythm to stay driven without anyone looking over your shoulder
- Picking up account management and iGaming knowledge fast if you're not already steeped in it — that's usually the steepest part of the ramp-up
- Being reachable outside the usual hours every now and then, when a client or a deal genuinely needs it
