Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Rumford Community Home Corporation offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $18.00 to $21.75. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Residential Care Specialist 1 (RCS -I) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certification required within 120 calendar days.
2. Placed on state registry within 120 calendar days.
3. Minimum six months of previous experience in a long term care setting, preferred.
