ENHANCEMENT MANAGER – LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

Where You Fit In
As an Enhancement Manager, you will oversee the sale and execution of landscape enhancement projects while managing budgets, developing team members, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to overall branch and company performance goals. This role requires strong cross-team collaboration to drive profitability, operational excellence, and long-term client retention.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day enhancement operations across multiple teams, including estimating, scheduling, seasonal color programs, procurement, logistics, job costing, and billing
- Provide leadership and direction to Enhancement Field Managers and crews by communicating company policies, branch objectives, and performance expectations while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor job costs and team performance to ensure alignment with budget and profitability goals as well as quality standards across multiple enhancement crews
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality, promptly address client concerns, and complete performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, site visits, and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Drive enhancement revenue growth by identifying client needs, developing proposals, and partnering with account and branch leadership to secure new work.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including sales tracking, job packages, purchase orders, and invoice approvals
- Support the upkeep of branch facilities, fleet, and equipment to reflect company standards and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Safety first mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety regulations and promoting safe work practices
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience and/or relevant certifications may substitute for formal education
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience managing production-level teams, including recruiting, hiring, performance evaluations, and employee development
- Minimum of two years of hands-on production management experience that focused on managing multiple service projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years
- Proven track record in sales and customer service, with at least two years of direct client interaction in a service-oriented environment
- At least one year of experience in estimating enhancement-related work, with a demonstrated ability to develop competitive and profitable proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including timekeeping, reporting, and inventory tracking systems
