Summary: We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality. It is the responsibility of a barback to support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized. They ensure that all necessary supplies (spirits, ice, glassware, garnishes) are readily available so bartenders can provide quick & efficient service to guests..

Essential Responsibilities: Include the following and other responsibilities that may be assigned:

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers & other bar supplies.
• Refill ice bins and maintain clean glassware.
• Clean & organize bar areas during & after shifts.
• Dispose of trash & recycling regularly.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown.
• Support bartenders through busy periods.
• This is a guest-facing position that may require providing water and bread service, clearing tables, and assisting with other dining room responsibilities as needed.
