In this key role, you’ll guide the team in the shop, manage the flow of work, and make sure every RV is serviced and repaired to the highest standards. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the service shop by managing workflow and ensuring all RV repairs and maintenance are completed to high standards.
• Coordinate daily parts installation and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Assign and dispatch work fairly to technicians based on skills and timelines to maintain productivity and team morale.
• Monitor and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment in compliance with state and OSHA requirements.
• Support a positive shop culture through strong leadership and clear communication with technicians and service staff.
