Driver – RW Events Rental Division

Creating exceptional event experiences, one delivery at a time

RW Events Drivers are responsible for safely transporting our rental items to and from events and venues, often serving as the first and last point of contact with our clients. As a Driver, you’ll lead deliveries and returns, ensure safe handling of inventory, and maintain a clean, professional driving record. This role is for someone who can navigate both the roads and high-pressure event days with confidence and care.

What You’ll Do:

• Load, transport, and unload rental orders to and from venues and client locations
• Ensure all items are packed securely and handled with care to avoid damage
• Arrive on time with a customer-first attitude and a professional appearance
• Set up and strike rental inventory—including specialty furniture, tables, and décor—quickly and precisely
• Lead on-site delivery and pickup processes, supporting the installation team
• Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times
• Accurately complete delivery logs, time sheets, and damage reports as needed
• Follow all DOT and company-specific driving policies

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Must be available weekends, early mornings, and late evenings as needed
• Hourly rate based on experience, with bonus opportunities during peak season

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus)
• Experience driving box trucks or larger delivery vehicles preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
• A calm, focused approach to navigating routes and traffic
• Dependability, time management, and great communication skills
• Respect for the client experience, venue property, and event timelines
