RWM’s Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring loans move efficiently, accurately, and compliantly from start to finish. Team members collaborate closely across departments, contribute to process improvements, and help uphold the high service standards that define how we work at RWM.

Required:
- Minimum of 1 year in a Residential Mortgage Lending role
- Foundational knowledge of conventional, FHA & VA loan programs
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent community and customer service skills over the phone, email & Microsoft Teams Chats
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred:
- Undergraduate degree desired but not required
- NonQM and non-agency loan program experience
- Familiar with Encompass and nCino
- Ability to effectively interact with operations and sales teams
